Recipe for Banana Nut Bread

This can be one more all time preferred banana bread recipe, this time we'll be adding nuts to the banana bread batter. Again the banana nut bread recipe is a uncomplicated one.

For This Banana Nut Bread Recipe You are going to Need:

1 cup of walnuts, 1 3/4 cups of all-purpose flour, 3/4 cup of white sugar, 1 teaspoons baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 2 large eggs, lightly beaten, 1/2 cup of melted butter, 4-5 ripe bananas, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1. 1st you need to prepare the nuts. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and place the nuts on the baking sheet. It is best to bake the nuts for a little less than 10 minutes till they are softly toasted. Then chop them to pieces, you are going to use later for your banana nut bread. Now leave the oven on and proceed...

2. Take a large bowl and throw in the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nuts. Now take yet another bowl (it may be smaller sized) and mix in the wet ingredients. Mix in mashed bananas, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla. Now you can mash the bananas before with a fork. Or if they're not that soft and ripe you could utilize a stick hand blender. Or you may make use of the blender right after you put bananas, eggs and butter into the bowl.

3. Now mix in the stuff from banana bowl into the flour bowl. Mix so there's no flour lumps left. Pour the banana batter into the bread pan and bake it for around 1 hour. You can check if your bread is prepared by sticking a toothpick in to the bread. When it comes out clean, your banana nut bread is prepared.
