Recipe for Vanilla chocolate chip cookie
This vanilla chocolate chip cookie recipe isn't really that unique. It's a normal recipe with some vanilla extract. I mean, it's still damn good! Considering the fact that it was submitted to me by a buddy from Europe the measurements are in grams, I'll attempt to convert them to cups when I've time.
Vanilla chocolate chip cookie recipe ingredients
Unsalted Butter - 225 g, Granulated sugar - 150 g, Brown sugar - 160 g, Eggs - two, Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoons, Flour - 295 g, Baking soda - 1 teaspoon, Salt - teaspoon, Semisweet chocolate chips - 270 g
Initially you will need to turn on the oven and preheat it to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Then use a medium sized container, put in the butter and cream it and add white and brown sugars. Then beat till it's light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time and then add the vanilla extract. Finally you have a great wet blend. Now for the dry ingredients.
Mix baking soda, flour and salt in yet another bowl and after that add in the content of the first bowl. Mix until smooth.
Once you are halfway through add in chocolate chips.
Cover the bowl and put it in the fridge. In the meanwhile take some baking paper and protect your baking sheets with it so your cookies don't stick.
Take the vanilla chocolate chip cookie dught out of the refrigerator and drop around two tablespoons dough at a time on to baking sheet. This can be one cookie.
Bake for about 12 - 14 minutes till they come to be golden brown close to edges. Then take them out of the oven and let them cool for a while.
And? Well consume them and wash them down with some milk! I used to bring vanilla chocolate chip cookies when I visited my aunt, she was a great cook, I truly enjoyed her Cajun recipes, she created good home style chili and terrific Cajun style pot roast. By the way, did you know that you can also employ chili along with chocolate, so you can also place it in cookies? Just don't overdo it!
