Slice apples into slim slices and pour in a bowl. Mix and toss apple slices with squeezed lemon juice plus 1 tablespoon brown sugar.

Split apples among baking dishes. Alternate slices, and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon water above of each and every serving. Set baking sheets in the preheated oven and bake right up until apples end up crisp-tender, for approximately 20 minutes.
